
If you can't get online, do these steps first.
If your web browser can't display a web page, close your browser and try unpluging the black power cord that goes to your antennas power supply (small white box or rectangular off white box). If you are using a wireless router, unplug or turn it off also. Wait 30 seconds and turn everything back on, then open your browser. This takes care of a large portion of connection problems.
If you are turned off for lack of payment, allow up to 24 hours after payment for service to be restored.

- Properly ground outlets


Antenna Connections. If you have to relocate your equipment, be sure to reconnect the cables to the correct position. The ethernet cable that plugs into the PC/LAN end of the power supply plugs into your network card on your PC or into your router. The ethernet cable that plugs into the CPE/POE end of the power supply goes outside and connects to the antenna. Be sure not to cross these cables, damage to your computer will result.
